FOCK low carb..........I make pasta for a living........Are you really going to make a lifestyle choice by putting that cholesterol laden CHIT in your body for extended periods of time OR..............
1) Excersize
2) Use portion control
3) Understand the glycemic index of what you're eating
4) Eat out of food groups that provide needed vitamins
Bad carbs are bad.....(donuts, cookies, unbleached flour etc....) Understand what good carbs are and understand what your body needs to function properly.
Your brain needs about 100 grams of preferably "GOOD CARBS" every day just to fuel what it's supposed to be doing.
I couldn't pass on the opportunity to comment......

Seriously?

I agree with Sane Asylum. Your body needs some carbs. I just try to propotion mine all in the morning or early afternoon. I try to avoid them after 4 or 5 but I am weak.

Yeap, moderation is the key, not total abandonment, your body needs some carbs, you just have to be smart on which ones they are...
