Hi All,
My wife and I are looking to lease a home in Parker for the summer while we are building a home in Havasu. We sold our home in Parker late last year and are homeless....
Below is what we are looking for;
- River front Home. Only considering River front home or in the keys on the water
- Home must have private/ community dock that will hold a 33 foot boat
- Home must be fully furnished and in good shape
- Newer home preferred
- We will pay cash up front for the period of May thru the end of October
- We have no children and neither does our friends
- Will put up any required security deposit

Did you try any of the local realty offices? Robert Gory or David Plunkett?
I actually might know a neighbor that would be willing to do something like this. I'll give her a call today.

Sorry Don, I called her and she said both her houses are pretty much booked up for various weekends throughout the summer so no dice.
