i just got through chewing all my guys ass's out cause they were pointing the finger at one of my long time employees for rattin on another employee for doing crack and coming to work all screwed up!!! i flat told them you want to point fingers point them at me i caused him to take a drug test and he failed it,so when you want to point the finger cause he lost his job then point it at him,,he couldnt say no! last thing i said b/4 the meeting let out was if you cant pass now or monday morning then get the hell out of here and save me some time! employer's have the right to test you at any given time,,besides this is a family owned bizz and you guys that have been here some 25-30 yrs
are like family and im going to take care of my family!!! now lets go to work!
