How many of you guys have your Golf Carts Registered..? If so do you have Liabilty Insurance..? What should it cost for the minimum insurance..?
The DMV is driving me Nuts... I already have a Registered Golf Cart for the last 2 years, and they wont renew without Liability Insurance... They also asked for the Smog certificate.... I finally got that waived... :hammerhea

Do you have it registered in Ca. or Az.? I was going to register mine in Az. and leave it down there but I heard I need to get ins. on it.

It's registered in CA.... When driving it in AZ on Public Maintained roads, it must be Licensed, Insured, full lights, License plate lite as well.... Just kind of Interested in what is reasonable for a Yearly Liability Premium....

$26 a year for 100K/300K from Farmers. Very cheap to insure a Gas Golf Cart.
It has a California Plate.

we have to also insure the carts WITH HiddenShores listed as additionaly insured....I pay the large bucks for the 20K LIMO insurance...like 200.00 a yr full coverage. Only worth it IF it gets stolen.

Being that I live in Ca. but own a house in Az. would it be better to register it in Ca. or Az.? I plan on using it in Havasu most of the time. In fact it will most likely be left there year round.

Gee, never even thought of registering or insuring my cart. Of course never really need to at the Landing, evreything is basically inside the park... :yuk:
