Just got these installed and I am very pleased with them and more importantly so is the wife.
Steps in the up position (hardly know they're there)

A little pricey....I got a great deal in the neighborhood of $1300 installed, can't say exactly but Jason at Rancho Motorsports hooked me up 909-390-9722. :D
I figured the Kodiak steps are around $200 each not installed and I'd need four of them and I keep seeing lifted trucks driving around with one or two Kodiaks in the down position....so it wasn't that bad of an upgrade. Also they are super stable, full length, rock solid, with no wobble at all. Listen to me I'm still trying to justtify them to myself. :o

I also have them on the new 05. They are awesome! BUT I want to rewire them and install a on/off switch for them. figure it would be nice to have when washing or farting around with them, kicking down EVERY time you open the door is kinda annoying...any ideas on how to do it?

That might be tricky....they are independent of each other so you'd have to wire a switch into each one that would interupt the power to each. I'll take alook at it today and see if you could wire a switch that grounded out both at the same time to turn them off..... now you got me thinking....
