Lots of options with interior layouts.
As far as which color will fade the least? I'd have a hard time imagining white fading any whiter than it already is :D

Personally, I would keep the interior as white as possible. The exterior of your boat is busy enough (looks great), and a simple interior would just acccent the exterior rather than compete with it. It is also very nice to not fry yourself, and colors on the seats just get hotter. If I went with color, it would be on the engine cover where people wouldn't be sitting As far as a bimini, I would stay with a white bimini, with some accent stripes down the center portion (red center, grey on side stripes). Keep it stylish. I've seen your gel, and it looks great, no need to punish the eyes with a busy interior. Just my .02, but that is coming from someone that has seen your boat, and loves it.

Nothing special, but I put in perforated (sp?) gray section into my interior because all my bezzels and holders are pewter anodized

Hey Jayd, I was at Cheetah today and saw your boat. It looks Great! I also saw your interior colors laid up on the bench. I think it is too much gray. I think the flame would stand out more with the Red outline to match your gelcoat. Just my 02.
