Anyone have a hookup with a realtor or an extra lot they are dying to get rid of? Preferably on the south side? Don't want to spend more then 90k. (If that is even possible :eek: )

We have used Tony Schmidt to buy our houses with. His # is 928-854-8669 and he is selling my brothers lot for him.
The lot is located on the north side of town. about 3/4 of the lot has a view. its from the back. its in a good, well kept neighborhood. its about 1 mile from windsor beach. It is a corner lot.
The price is $100,000. Its located on the corner of Catalina.

From what I have heard, you can find lots for under $90k but they aint really suitable to build and will take a lot of work to get them to that point. Good luck.

Good lots for $90k are very tough to come by these days. Picked one up for $99k today, but it was somewhat lucky and a bit of a struggle.
If you want to enjoy the views and/or possibly live there, you really need to find the lot that you LOVE, and pretty much pay what is being asked, which is probably in the neighborhood of $125+ !!!
