The Red Neck Riveria! Beautiful Beaches, nice people, great food and a southern draw. What a great place. I have a good friend who lives in Destin.

Superdave031 just pm me. We have 2 condos for rent. Both in the same complex, one on the beach and one at the pool (6,000 sq ft Pool) overlooking the gulf.

River otter,
How much does it cost to build down there? My friend say's you can still get 3 bed homes on the bay side for the mid 100's. I'd be intrested if there were more direct flights for a decent price. It costs alot of $$$$ to fly there from cali. Man your a lucky guy, I wish I could talk my wife into moving down there. Do you know of any jobs in that area? My friend Gabe is trying to get on at sprint, but no luck so far.

The RNR indeed :D Fortunately we are not in Destin (too crowded). We are on an old County Road called 30A. No buildings over 4 stories tall.

The area real estate is booming. Just a 50x80 lot on the beach side of 30A (Not on the beach!) starts at $625,000! I haven't seen any houses on the bay much under $1,000,000. Maybe in Destin or Baytown. If you went into Panama City and Pensacola you may see much lower pricing. I have been told by the realtors that building costs start at $250/foot :supp: Our condos have more than doubled in 2 short years :D . Problem is can't bring myself to sell them cause we love the area so much. Panama City is getting a new International Airport and that should help the flight problems. Billions of developement $'s are pouring into the area (Kinda sux cause it will ruin the place). I have also heard of a new aircraft assembly plant locating in PCB. You could always get a job as a realtor :D . Probably a need for a boat salesman.

Ahhhhhh...and the water's warm there, too. Lived in Tampa (yuck Bay) for a couple years, but liked Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches. Beautiful...

Actually.... The only place at Disney World you can't get a drink is Magic Kingdom. All the other parks serve "adult drinks". Especially EPCOT Center. You can even do a tour of the worlds and buy a beer in each county  (there are several countrys to tour :D ). Disney World is made up of several parks. Magic Kingdom, MGM, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Blizzard Beach, then there is Downtown Disney and the Board Walk which are both party spots with everything from the House of Blues to Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock Cafe.
