I feel like the knight in the Monty Python movie. I just got off the phone with the work comp. attorney, and I told him I was going to come down there and kick his ass. I still have one good leg... :D

Hang in there bro. It's a ****ed up system. I'm retired as of March 4th. My atty says it;ll be about a year before we settle.
I just read the other day that you're probably done. Sorry to hear that. I've done the job for 21 years. It's been a great ride. We had the best job in the world. Maybe we should have a pity/beer/retirement/river party to forget about all the bs. :cry: :)

You shouldnt even be on the phone wih that guy... Your attorney should be your voice. I have tons of WC patients an I ALWAYS reccommend that patients not talk to WC attorneys. Only the docs and their lawyers.
