Melissa over at Essex Credit. I heard good stuff about her.
Theres another guy on here i think his sn is boatloan4u or something like that. Anyhow do a search!

Melissa at Essex was really easy to deal with.
I ended up going elsewhere because she couldn't fund a 100% loan but her rate was really good and she was a pleasure to talk to.
I would highly recomend her.

FICO scores is just one of the qualifying tools, basically determines your rate. His income,debt ratio,credit history is whats going to determine what he will get approved for. Been there my FICO score is 730+ but my credit history, which only goes back a couple of years, hence the fact that im 22 kept me from financing the boat that i wanted. Oh well i will just have to wait.

Calder McNab at Intercoastal Financial (Huntington Beach) @ 714-378-5258 is Great! We've done 2 transactions with him all by phone/fax and I've still never met him in person... He even remembered me 3 years after the first loan! :p

go to there credit union if they have one!!!
