I heard they finally stopped releasing mud (water) from Lake Alamo so Havi by the Springs and the river are clearing up.

Thank God... took me forever to get that brown slime off my hull last weekend and flush the muck out of the water system. Now if they could just warm the water up a tad - that run-off's friggin cold.

Hey, i'm in the next community (down river) polynesian shores. My brother-in-law has a place on trout lane. (ron & marie). we may be up next weekend too.

It is not 100% back to normal but getting there. It was chocolate milk a week ago. :jawdrop:
It was windy Sat but nice yesterday.

Lake Alamo releases have dropped from over 5,000 CFS to around 433 CFS. Normal is about 50.
No telling if they'll increase it again. It all depends on the run off from the Bradshaw Mountains and spring thaw.
Not crystal clear, but a helluva lot better than it was.
