I don't think that's Micheal Jackson, this guy has color to his skin, and some flesh on the cheeks. Micheal doesn't look this good anymore. I'd say someone got his ass whipped, and is playing the jury for more sympathy.

I caught the tail end of ths story on CNN. Cops were questioning him about something in the station and when one cop got up to leave the room he grabbed the cops gun and shot another cop, killing him. He then shot his way through a window and jumped out (not very high). The clip I saw was the perps family member crying saying "look what they did to him". I think the cops are saying he f'd himself up when he jumped through the window, the family is saying ther cops were pissed at him and beat the shit out of him. Either way he got what he deserved IMO. Anyway I think the mask is so he cant bite or spit on anyone in court.
