Giant Catfish caught on the Mississippi, Pictures Anyone?

Anyone fing any pictures of that catfish that was caught on the Mississippi? I tried to some on the internet but couldn't. It's all over Fox News but nowhere on the computer...Anyone find any?

When I was a little kid my dad used to take us to a bar on Saturday Afternoon for lunch after hunting or mushroomin'. It was in a little town that we lived by called Oquawka, IL. It's your basic Mississippi River Town. Jacque Cousteau came to town to do some diving in the River. While in the bar he said that he wouldn't go down anymore because "he ran into a catfish the size of a volkswagon", he was later quoted in National Geographic as saying this. Oquawka is located on Lock and Dam #18 on the Mississippi River....

Go to Parker Dam and take the tour. When you are outside, look over the edge and you will see catfish that big hanging around the walls. I've seen them!!

Previous to them throwing up that boat Baracade dealio.. we use to cruise almost right up to the dam. I've seen some sizeable carp etc.. up there, but nothing that monstrous.
Although as a kid we all heard the stories about the catfish that were as big as volkswagons by the dam.

Rd, those are two different catfish. The one with the noodler is a Flathead catfish. The new world record is a Blue Catfish............................
