Anyone here have or been on a Segway?

I saw some people cruising around on them a couple of weeks ago and until then, i had forgotten all about them. They were to "revolutionize transportation" but never seemed to take off.
Anyone have one?

A guy I work with has one and brought it in to work one time... It was awesome. I had read about them and knew what to expect, but it still impressed me with just how "smart" it was.

I rode one 6 years ago on a Disney Cruise. Its was pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having one to cruise around in.
