Engine Builders??

Well, the warranty is almost up on my Chevy, and I was looking into doing some motor work. I have the 6.0 gas engine in my 02 2500HD, and I want more power for towing my current boat, as well as the bigger hole in the water that I buy down the road!!LOL I would love to build this engine-maybe a stroker?? Can anyone suggest someone to talk with that is reputable?? Not too concerned with hugh HP#, I am more interested in building a reliable, bulletproof engine that makes close to 600lb/ft of torque.
