I have a 55' deep that I'm giving up (just cleaned it out). It's in the Premier Storage condos at the south end of town by the Ace Hardware (brown complex). It is very secure, and it has a bathroom with shower, and hose bibs too. You can't wash inside but in the driveway you can.
It's $200 a month. PM me if you're interested.

dont know yet, but its better to have it in havasu if I need to show it to buyers

My storage is empty until August, if you want to use it.
