Box Anchor / Slide Anchor

Anybody work for Slide Anchor on the boards? I ordered a Box Anchor for a buddy as a present on Tuesday PM and got an invoice and a reciept emailed back to me but have not recieved the anchor yet. This is the 4th one I bought, lost 1, have 2 on the boat, and now this one as a gift. They have no one answering the phone at the company and there has been no response to my several emails to them regarding ship date and tax, shipping costs that are not on the reciept they emailed me. If anybody can help it would be great. Thanks, Nick
