help needed boat problems

i finally have my boat together and take it for a trial run, before taking it to the river wednesday for the 4th of july holiday. been working my ass off since feb or march. i broke my shifting fork on cassell and need tech help. i realize that this form is maybe not the right form. but alot of people visit this form here is the link
