Sometimes they have a table set up at the wedding ceremony for gifts. So try and get a hold of someone of the wedding party and find out.
Does not allways have to be a gift, Can send a card, usually with money or giftcard.

Sometimes they have tables set up, but if your worried about etiquette you send it ahead to their house. I was schooled on this many times by my wife.

If you have to bring it to the reception, it's okay, but nowadays, we are supposed to mail it during the the two weeks before the wedding. This helps to keep the brides family from dealing with transporting and storing gifts while the bride and groom leave for their honeymoon.
I still bring breakable items to the reception if I am unable to hand deliver them, though.

Not until possibly the 8th or 22nd but for sure I will be there on Friday the 29th around noon. I should start charging you rent. :D I am going to London on the 13th until the 20th so I am not sure if I will be able to make the 8th and 22nd but I am going to try.

The best thing to do is mail it to their house before the wedding or AFTER they get home from the honeymoon. Don't bring it to the reception as they will have to get everyones gift home and that is a pain in the ass.
