I don't live there just vacation and invest there. Was ... ahem WAS going down tomorrow for a weeks vacation but NOOOOOOOO :burningm:

Just go find Jeff (nashvillebound) and hang out at his house for a week.... :D :D Sure, it's over 90% humidity there, but it's better then being hit by a hurricane :D :D
And next time you buy condos, look for the ones NOT in the hurricane path !!! Duuuh !! :D :D
