Got the invite in the mail yesterday...9th -11th of Sept. Havasu. :)
Last Carrera Regatta I went to they gave away a new boat...had fun, won a prize.
Seems they have gone through some tuff times since thenÂ…but hey, my boat still runs great. :cool:

Last I looked (last week) it was still the old site...maybe they are getting back in the swing of things... :D

Not a lot of changes but like you said, gives me an idea that they are getting back into it, that's a good feeling. What kind of boat are you running water romper???

Nothing fancy.
A 18.5 outboard, closed bow similar to their Eclipse Model, but it runs a strong 70mph first time all the time. Paid off years ago, Insurance is cheap, fits in the garage and still turns headsÂ…Maybe a new larger one in a few yearsÂ…well see. I see a few models like mine running around but for the most part it's the 22-25 footers I run next to. :smile:

Damn, sure wish they would have provided a little more notice. I would have liked to attend but already made plans to go to the Shasta Cat Attack II that weekend. You guys have fun. RR

No, not this weekend. Doctor's appointment and MRI tomorrow, so we are looking at possibly getting out the next weekend. Looking forward to seeing you out there again soon, and sharing a cold one.

The Mr. and I are planning on going. We've never done a poker run before and thought this might be a good way to get our feet wet. (no pun intended :rolleyes: )
