Our electrician apprentice unhooks his winch and safety hook before he backs the boat in. "It's faster that way." I recommended he stop doing that but he knows it's going to be just fine. One day... probably soon... he'll be the dumb ass in a picture like that.
... and on that day... I will laugh my ass off at him. :D

Rollers make it a lot easier to reload your boat after it falls off :D :D

So truthfulness here, How do you get a boat back on a trailer after something like that?

None cause they all would walk away, that is my understanding.
How bout the damage that will be done in getting back on the trailer.

You just winch it back on. It's no big deal. You need to disconnect the trailer from the truck, however, or the hull will drag across the ramp surface.
It's actually no big deal to take a boat off a trailer and set it on a couple of old car tires (no rims, of course :D ). What surprises me about that situation is how high he must have the outdrive trimmed. The stern seems to be right on the ground.

It was owned by the rowing team at University of Alabama :D
Seriously ..If you look REALLY close I think you can see a small bit of the lower unit/prop in the pic...or what is left of it.

Maxima tyres...?...I would burn it in place....and write it off as one of lifes most embarassing moments :D
