FTR, the boat is NOT beached. We anchored front and rear, just inches off the sand. :D
John is that your new boat?

First ShockwaveBob doesn't run a Shockwave at all... he runs a Warlock. Now, it turns out his name isn't even Bob.
... just when I was starting to like that two faced wire jockey.

It is. We'll be there this weekend too. :D
I didn't know you were getting it so soon! Congrats! It's awsome! We won't be out to Parker till First weekend of Oct I think. That's our next one and we'll be boatless :( But we're going anyways! Maybe you can stop by and show us your new ride if you're out there!

We can hook up on the Parker strip and sort out your confusion while sucking down a few cases of Coors LIght and a couple of cartons of Marlboroughs.

Oh yeah. I drive better when I'm hammered.
I have no problem docking a 30 foot cat in a 7 knot current while 50 cent pounds out at 110 dB, 30 non-PFD'd drunks swing from the rigging like monkeys, and my BAC hovers at 0.25%.

Dammit TB you just described most of the boats out there. Now how am I supposed to recognize you?
You must be expressing your individualism.

Momma pushed up the new boat date 8 months because she almost lost a kidney on the 4th. :D
Oh my! Now you get to use it and enjoy it for the rest of summer!

Judging by my last couple purchases, I should have that installed by 2008. :D I'm taking some sub grilles, my Odyssey hold downs and an IPOD bracket to get powdercoated, along with the polished bezel that was on the Shockwave.
I also heard a rumor from a reliable source that Alpine is "a month away" from having a wired remote commander done.
But is it water resistant... I'll call my boy Tim(Alpine) or Vahik(recently left Alpine)

Great looking ride. That's how I got my new boat ahead of schedule. The wife said "THAT'S IT" after a hard ride during a poke run in our 23 ft. She swore her nipples were an inch lower. How were you treated at Warlock?

Wicked Game
07-21-2005, 08:56 PM
For as hard as I pushed Carter and Lee, and I mean, I pushed them, I was treated very well. Most people don't do well at my speed and I don't hold that against them. Very few problems with the boat, so far, everything will be handled at the 20 hr service, nothing that can't wait until then. The boat rides like a dream.
Cool! Carter is a great guy to work with. They need to be pushed sometimes. We've had some trouble getting the warranty work done and even some items on the original contract that weren't done at delivery. Just a word to the wise. The winter might be better when they're not building so many new Diablos.
