Looks like I Tore the ACL Joint in my shoulder...but since it has been 8 months it has begun to heel..There are calcium deposits forming in the joint showing recovery..I still cant work out to the extent I want...and they think I may never be able to... THIS SUCKS!!! :( The one thing that really helped me get through rough times.....well one of two.. :crossx:

did a partial tear from my chest to arm muscle about 9 months ago and didn't go to a "sports doctor" at first and my regular primary said it would heal over time. It didn't and now they say it is too late to fix. Have 85% of my strength back but reps have decreased.
Such is the life of getting old!

The doctor said he doesnt think I will ever be 100%!!!! He said If im doing anything that strains the shoulder with about 15% of pain...then its too much..Im going to go to a specialist and get a 2nd opinion... I have been playing soft ball with very little pain..and its been a slow 8 month recovery but it is getting better...I did my first arm workout last night..with no pain at all...I miss the pump...that shit felt good. :D
do you mean off the band wagon????

Notalent,
Dude, I hope the doctor said you tore your AC joint and not your ACL because your ACL is in your knee. AC is short for Acromion Clavicular joint where the two meet up. Very common tear and you should be good to go in no time.

I'm also curious as to how they saw it with an X-ray... they needed an MRI when I tore my ACL (knee)..
