This is our new tow toy for the lakes. Find a nice head wind and hang on for a ride. With the right speed, headwind and balance, we've been able to hover for long distances.

It looks like the Manta Ray which you can find for about $399 if you look around.

Overtons has em. We pull @ about 30 mph. The heavier you are the more speed you need or more headwind.

Just watch the hard landings on those things. We have one and unfortunately a couple peeps have hurt themselves on it, so we don't use it much anymore... There's a quicktime video of it in action on Manta's site, IIRC.

I have an airstrip and with a 105# girl on it at 30 MPH going into a wind she will get about 30 feet high and come crashing down. She loves the thing although she's the only one who will use it.

If you look in the lower right corner of the picture you can see it flying. They also have a good video of it on their site..
