My buddy just bought a 2003 Heat with all the same goodies exept it is a closed bow. He picked it up for $56k, the seller was asking $63k. I thought my buddy stole this boat! Very nice boat for what he paid.
Boattraderonline.com has a few 28 heats and most of the newer ones 2000-2004 are in the 60k-75k range.
