Do you get a place on the water? I want to be able to walk down a walk way and stick my feet in the water. Where can I find that? Are there little mobile homes somewhere besides the big$$ park models on the island?
I would even look at Mohave, Parker, Bullhead, etc.... Does this exist?
Am I crazy? Oh ya, I want my boat to stay in the water over night. I would realy like to own the land too.

Yep. Parker. second lot down from the launch ramp.
Cant beat it. Drive back form being on the water all day anddock the boat. Leave the boat in the water all night. if the weather gets bad dock the boat and go inside.

Isles at Havasu has been a great place to DimarcoBros and his family. Depends how much you want to spend and where you want to be. Parker may be to small for you and your two boats but I love Parker.

a place on the water just sold a couple weeks ago for $325k. That is the highest sale price in the park history. there are a couple others for sale but they are on a cliff over looking the water with steps down to the water. They are in the 75-95k range i believe. a disclaimer for you though, there is a 10 mile dirt road to get there. if you are one that takes your boat home with you everytime, this is probably not for you. the flip side is that it keeps people out of the park, no random people roaming the park. basically zero theft.

COTW,
how long to get from Black Meadow road cut off to the Plams? I've heard 30-45 minutes? Is that a rumor spread by people with places in there to keep rif raf out!?
Do you keep your (Magic) out there?

Depends...its all dirt, and it is windy (not wind) so you guesstimate going 15-20 on it most of the way...and it is only 7-10 miles...

There's a mobile home in Parker at Riverland Resort (Cali side), riverfront, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, nice patio, $80,000. The monthly rent is $315 and during winter you can drive from the park across the street and go off roading. The best of both worlds.

JB--
the road is about 8 miles long. if you're driving a truck or suv you can make it in 20-30 minutes average. depends on how much you want to bounce around. we usually do the road in 17-20 mins. The magic stays there. if you have to tow a boat over the road, it will be an hour to an hour and a half. we have never towed the boat over the road. we put it in the water and drive the trailer over the road and pick up the boat somewhere else. Or we call Clu and when he has a spare trailer he picks it up at windsor. works out pretty well. the road keeps alot of people out but that is ok with us. it has become a way of life "the road". we have had our place there since 1982. it is all we know.
