Boat is located in cumming Georgia and run on lake Lanier.
Well as some of you know I have been looking for a boat, well found one , went and demoed it and talked with the broker and made an offer... this was last thursday ....I expected a response back by now ....Very frustrating to say the least.....I would have figured to have a counter or at least a no by now.....This late in the season I would figure the owner would be attentive to selling or at least the broker would want to make some $$$$$. I think Iam goint to start looking elsewhere........What is going on here?

You ever think of picking up the phone and calling the broker and asking whats going on? We don't know

Yes I have but to no avail...only reason I ask is first ever dealing with a broker and hate the way it works.....He has told me that he has just left a message on voicemail of owner, Thursday. I would think he would be trying a little harder ....with an offer on the table plus holding a check for 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
I just do not do bussiness this way in my line of work, I have something to do I do it , have something that needs attention , I get it done. I just have hard time dealing with non- Detail get it done type of people. I have had the buying process on buying houses go faster with the regard to offer counter offer.

Call them and leave a message that tomorrow at noon your offer expires, not 12:01 but noon. End of discussion! Stand firm.

All you have to do is mention "BROKER"
I went through one on my Donzi and got screwed. Watch your back and talk to the owner also if possible. The owner may tell you the little things about the boat and the broker will represent it as brand new never even drove it :hammerhea My broker was nice enough to run off with my labbed props after the owner gave them to him to deliver to me
