if i am coming down the river from the Topock Marina where exactly is the min sandbar???
and is it open for labor day??

It was open on the 4th of July. So you can hope. It is just up from Sandbars. But you really don't want directions from me. :rolleyes: :)

About a mile and a half North of the No Ski Bouys on the CA Side. About half way between Winsor and the Big Sandbar

just past the no ski bouys north of windser, about a lil less than a mile on your left, but in your case comming from topock if you hit the no ski bouys you went to far just look for the wild bunch and you might just find a boat with a stripper pole on it ........ :D

I went up to the big sandbar on Saturday, I past a group of boats on the left. I had a boat full of kids and I'm pretty sure I saw some pole dancing going on. Was THAT the mini-sand-bar??

Non-holiday = empty sometimes 3-4 boats
holiday= after 11am you can't miss it!

PP takes their kids with them. It is not usually too crazy. :D They leave if it gets out of control. :D

Sounds good. I'll have to stop in next time. Found out the littleest one loves her new vest and floating in the water. We went to the sand bar durning the week and she thought walking in the knee deep water was fun. We'll be back up there soon.
