It's just a fancy distrobution/fuse block. Takes 2 1/O input and gives four smaller wire outputs go to to the amps. Makes install easier, but won't make it sound any better.
Same thing as this, except this one is setup to dist the grounds also

Nothing at all, except it uses different fuses. The Maxi blade fuses are easier to get if you happen blow one, they are used in many vehicles now. The round fuses are more specialized and usually you have to go to a stereo shop to get them.

This would make my install alot cleaner looking.and is exacully the same inputs and outputs that i need.I just didnt want to get this and find out that it causes high resistance like capasitors do. Is stinger a good brand or is there others that are better.

Stinger is good. I don't think you need the voltage readout, so you could save some money by buying one without. But that is up to you.
I used one for the ground also:

Cole, did you put any fans in there? Mine are in the same spot, wondering about ventilation.

I have one fan and a second hole for air flow.
I still need more... I think I will be installing a cross flow fan some time soon.

Nice looking set up.Which amps are those.
The big one on the left is a JL E650?(6 channel)
Middle amp is a Zapco AG360 (4channel)
Right Zapco AG350 (2 channel)
They of course were all powdercoated to match my boat. :D
I need to get more pics of the seat back over the amps and with the red led's on.

I love the Zapco's they have been in 3 cars and now the boat and have yet to let me down.
If I had to do it again the JL would have been left out and I would have gone with another Zapco AG360.(The JL came with the boat)
I am running the JL 6channel to 3 pairs of Polk Momo 6x9's.I am running the 4channel Zapco to 4 10" Diamond subs (Bangs pretty good but could use another 1K watts)
I have the 2 channel Zapco running a pair of Polk Momo 6.5 seperates.
It is loud as shit in the boat but the highs gave trouble getting out of the boat.I am going to mount either some horns or another set of 6x9's in a fiberglass enclosure that will be mounted on the dash.(Ala Shadow's set-up)
What did you choose for your Lavey?

Right now i have 1 jl 1000/1 and 3 300/4 with 4 13.5 w6s subs and 7 pairs of mb quartz pce 216, 4 of the mids will be switchable on or off so i dont need to buy another amp.I wanted to go with all zapco comp. but im a little over budget right now.
