8th Annual Huntington Beach Offshore Grand Prix (http://www.pacificoffshore.com/cities/huntington/huntingtonposter.html)
August 27-28
Peters Landing Marina
16400 Pacific Coast Highway
This is the 8th running of the HB Offshore race. Everyone is welcome to come check out the boats Saturday at Peters Landing and across the street testing in the big blue. Sunday's race starts at 12:00pm directly across from Peters Landing. This year we have World Champion, Hidden Agenda racing their 40' Skater running against a 44' MTI. The event is open and free.
We have an area reserved for hot rods, hot trucks and choppers right out front facing PCH. So bring down your shinny classic show piece, tricked out show truck or blinged out chopper and show it off. Bring your friends or club. Pelican Isle (formally JD's) has plenty of cold beer and great food to make a day of it.
Peters Landing is between Warner and Seal Beach Blvd.
See you at the races.

Last year we went and checked all the baots out in the harbor and then went straight out Hunt harbor to the left and on the outside as they turned and went towards HB. Was fun but not many boats.

You can see them good. We place the course as close in as the Coast Guard will allow.

Thanks for the map Jim, it's easy to get to the course from any of the ramps in Long Beach.
