I see so many people saying F....Mohave. Is this an inside joke or do you guys really hate it there? I like it but I always stay up above cottonwood in a Houseboat. Am I missing something?

Some people that we willnot mention, enjoy the lake and would rather not have othrs there to share it unless he is having a "special" event..... :hammer2:

LOL, that's probably pretty close. It started out as a joke between Dilligaf and (I think) Havasu Hangin'. We Mohave folks have pretty much realized that if Katherine's wasn't as crappy of a set up as it is, that Mohave would be just like Havasu and we don't want that. We have figured out how to get around that mess and now it is a big joke to say how much it sux up there, don't bother going, but all tongue in cheek. I don't want anyone to not be able to go, and would never try to really discourage anyone from going there. It is a nice lake, but the launching situation makes it not fun :cry: if you do not have access to a slip.

Just a quick question, is it MOJAVE or MOHAVE? I always thought it was with a "J" but if you do a search it comes up both ways. ????????? It's the little things that confuse the hell out of me.
