You posted this on the wrong board. The only motivation from peeps on this board is to get up early enough to beat the launch ramp crowds.

Are you ever gonna have no bills?
Sometimes you have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down.
I know this because I left a Great paying job to go into Real Estate full time. It's scary, but when you have no other choice you do what it takes to succeed. Having extra payments/obligations makes it easier to make that last call/deliver a few extra flyers/work an extra hour. It's a tough decision. Good luck.
I would personally save 3-6 months payments and then go for it.

Someone should take up Parker dreamins offer, I have been doing home loans for about a year and a half, and this is a GREAT career for someone who likes to work with people and be rewarded VERY well for it. I talked to Parker dreaming yesterday and he will make some of you (who have the work ethic) a career you can do for the rest of your life. Take advantage of what he’s offering...training, guidance, and a company that will stand behind you. Its rare that a company will train...so take advantage of his it... and you will make a lot of money if you work at it :D :D
