So Im walking in to costco today and I open my wallet as I walk to get my card out... I dropped 22 dollars on the floor and kept walking.. I noticed that the money was missing after about ten steps. I stop and turn around and I see this guy running, YES, running to my money that I dropped. The guy goes down to pick it up and looks at me. He now notices Ii am walking back to where the moneyis laying on the ground, he turns and runs to his car and takes off......
