Anyone have A catered life's chicken recipe??? I didn't get it writen down and I'd like to have it.

He had 2 chicken recipes.......
I am not sure about the teriyaki pineapple recipe
2 oz teriyaki
2 oz pinapple juice
1 tea. ginger
M. Cherries
I am missing the full recipe
the other
8 oz Chicken, 1/8 t salt, 1/4 galic powder, 1/4 t onion powder , 1/2 lemon, 1/2 t cilantro, 1/2 t chili powder
Mix dry and lemon
make paste
massage on chicken
fry in oil
add cilantro
Hope this is correct.

I think that is what I did. PM Willie (acl) for the exact recipe. I will shoot him an email too. :D

sorry i havent been on lately on vacation so no reason to go on computer and dealing with a bad case of gout :(
but it looks like dia is filling in all the gaps \
in the pineapple recipe marinade chicken in sauce and seasonings and grill using leftover sauce to baste when finished garnish with sliced pineapple and m cherries to add to the meal buy any box rice pilaf and su half the water with pineapple juice
and for the second recipe
remember to add cilantro during last 30 seconds of frying and dont deep fry just pan fry everything else look great nice dia

yes i am 800 motrin allweekend swelling went down just a lil tender but much better thanks i am glad the chicken was a big hit :D
now dont go do something stupid like starting your own catering company :D
