hi folks
here are some results from our first experience with the Raylar BCK 103 KIT (525 HP)
Boat :
Formula 419 SR1
weight with full fuel tank : 15000 pounds
Engines triple Mercruiser 496 HO s (425 HP)
prop: Bravo 1 lab finished 26 pitch
hull is painted with anti - fauling !
Top speed GPS (stock) in sweetwater (River Rhine)
70 MPH at 5050 RPM
We installed three RAYLAR BCK 103 Kits
prop change to 28 pitch Bravo 1 lab finished
Speed : 77 MPH at 5150 RPM (rev limiter)
prop change to 30 pitch Bravo 1 lab finished
Speed : 79 MPH at 5000 RPM

Baja 25 with 496 HO and BCK103 kit
Performance 707 with Volvo 375 and BCK 103 Kit,420 HP MEFI and Basset headers
