1983 Southwind, 27 ft, 4k generator, NEW roof air, NEW (6) goodrich commercial grade radials, 454 with 57k miles, four point hydraulic levelers, air bags (front), steer safes (front blowout protection) full length awning,drop down bed, rear corner double bed, couch folds out to a double bed. I did a NADA apraisal for you. The closest I could find was for the 1990 27'.

you mentioned a little TLC, what kind of TLC do you mean? Might be interested.

The fuel line from the top of the Main tank to the generator needs replacement and the fridge runs on propane only, just needs a new green board. other than that its a piece of wall paper here and there...pm me with your # for more info...but it is a great rig for its age, later...Bob
p.s. main tank 65 gallons, resevre tank 35 gallons...i get a round trip from hesperia to powell...almost...towing a 21 footer :)
