I think this is a really great deal...
My widowed Aunt (77 years old) was sold a Timeshare at London Bridge resort in 1999 and has never been there. Her husband has now passed away and she woud like sell the week at any cost seeing she has no intentions of going there.
DATA as I understand it:
http://www.londonbridgeresort.com/
London Bridge Resort: 1 floating week (you pick your week each year)
Week can be split into one 3-day and one 4-day (ie 2 trips)
Week can be rented out ( I'm guessing for about $600+)
Sleeps 4
You also get bonus time (significant discount on extra nights or rooms)
Maintence fee is only $300 year
Access to boat slips and all the amenities of the resort
Week can be exchanged for a stay at another destination
It is level "Red" the highest and best level of exchangabilty
They paid $12,000 cash for it
She'll take $3,000
This year's week is still unused so if yo buy it now you get the 2005 week.
You can also resell it.
Feel free to ask any questions. The sale goes through a short escrow just like a condo sale would. Feel free to PM too. If we didn't always stay with old friends in LHC I would just buy it myself.
Thanks

Bump and a couple of answers to PM'd questions..
You get as much Bonus time as you would like. It gives you a discount on extra rooms when ever you want. Prices are:
$35/ night studio 2 beds
$55/night 4 person condo
$75/ night 2 bedroom condo
You can use the bonus time as much as you like for yourself or guests so long as you own a timeshare there.
You can also trade the share week for international stay ( $149 fee) and again the stay is mostly classed as "red" which is the best tade value.
