Very cute. I have the chocolate version around here somewhere. Just a hint...You will want to remove anything chewable from your house. I'm not talking about the things you already thought of either. I'm talking about the all of the furniture that isn't made of steel or concrete, all carpet and woodwork, cats, fingers and legs, clothing especially socks, kitchenware, drywall, etc. In fact, just move to a steel building with a concrete floor. They are worse than goats for the first few months. Also don't plan on getting any sleep either. Seroiusly, it's way worth it though. They make great boat drivers too.

Sounds like when ours was a puppy....she ate drywall, chewed up the carpet, and went through at least a dozen pairs of shoes....loves to dig and kills the grass with her pee....oh, she'll be awesome!! They are worth all the headache! :D

Since it's been a few years since you've had a baby in the house, don't forget, pick up the shoes laying around, pick up the socks, watch the remote to the t.v. and so on, they will chew on anything.
My parents paid quite a bit for training their Boxer and the trainer mentioned to only give them tennis ball material to chew on as that is the only type of product that does not resemble any other material in the house....just thought I'd pass that on for ya.

Cool dog. Congrats. Give her a bunch of different toys to play with. Bud has about 10 different ones to choose from and he plays with them all. :)

Good move RR, now when your wife comes home from work, she won't know if you passed out during the day and shit on the floor, or if the dog did it.
Congratulations, cute lab, we have a four year old that we love.

Cool dog, Retrievers are usually great. Our's got testy with our 4 year old son so the dog is history. I still have about ten 100' garden hoses chewed into 1-4 foot lengths if you need any :D ;)
