I click on (manage attachments) after clicking on reply. I browse and find my photo then click (upload) and then after just a few secs I get all this garble.

I've been getting that for the past few months....that's why I havent posted any new pics....I really dont want to have to put them in the image center and hyperlink them over. I prefer to upload them, and i cant

Why not?? Is the image center bad?
