150 is a lot coin for a trailer, on Indian land. They can tell you to get out at anytime. Good luck!

it's on BLM land, it is a 99 year lease. They can't kick you out ever. That is the good thing about being on BLM Land compared to the Indian land.

Even fully furnished a $150,000 sounds awfully steep especially since the land doesn't come with it.

I don't think so!!! When they are building brand new ones up river (across from Road Runner) that are single wide, with only 2 bedroom and they are selling for $250,000, and the space rent is $450. I think my price is great!!!

Thanks Dave!!! I don't know why people have to come on a thread when your trying to sell something and say a "hegative" comment. That just burns me up. Keep the negative comments to yourself!! The place is really nice and the only reason we are selling is because we bought a lot in Laughlin Ranch and we are building a home there. So you will see us in Havasu or Mohave!!!

That sounds like a good price my buddy has a place in River Reflections and he paid 185,000 and his monthly is 400, he does have a garage and a extra room addition so total of 4 bedrooms but he paid alot more. My question to you is will they let you build a garage or enclose one of the covered parking spaces, or do you have to leave as is. Thanks

River Reflections is on Indian Land, we are on BLM land, so we can't add a garage. They do have storage areas and garages in the park that they rent out. We have one currently but I think when we sell it goes to someone that is on the waiting list. People have added additions to their trailers, but it has to be approved by BLM. You cannot store anything that has gas next to your trailer for long periods of time.

River Reflections is a great place! We were there in the mid-late 80's on the waterfront... our friends place that was more like ours! It was great! I'd love to have a place there!

Thanks for the info. unfortunately I am looking for a place that I could add a garage for the boat. I guess I should have bought the one across from my friend at River Reflections, it was a single wide and it had covered patios I thought there would be to much to upgrade and enclose, the bad news is they wanted 130,000 and it sold for 99,000 should have pulled the trigger. Good luck selling your place it sure sounds like a good deal.
