It really is amazing how much time they waste rehashing stuff that has already happened and can't be changed and stuff that the public doesn't care a whole lot about such as the past lives of supreme court nominees. What happened to all of these plans to create jobs, overhaul social security, etc, etc. Actually maybe it's a good thing they don't actually do anything because any changes they make would probably be not for the good of the general public. I'd say we could run this country just the same and save lots of money with a lot fewer congressmen.
