Does anyone know the name of the mobile home park that is on the CA side looks like they are right across the river from BoatCops office. :) Looks like these unit are brand new and are about 50ft from the water? Any help would be great....

those are homes to purchase, (deeded land i believe), best bet ..... call 928-667-3381 ask for dino or kim @ rgr realty (they are good friends of mine and they will help you). i forgot the name and management company name. good luck, best thing about that place is the beach they provide !! :rollside: - keyes
Are you talking about the new ones across from the County Park and Roadrunner? Across from my Office is Rio Del Colorado.
Either way, they are not deeded. The entire California side, north of the res (Riverland and up) is BLM leased land. Vacation homes only. No permanent residents, except employees of the park that has the lease. Same as Echo, Big Bend, Windmill and the rest.

and no storage at the trailer for long term boat storage.Nice beach,ok price,just cant launch or leave your stuff in the carport next to the trailer :yuk:

windmill 2 call shirley at rio. i think they are 225k plus and another 400 or so for monthy rent.

windmill2 they are not double wide only singlewide in the rear with alarge carport
the beach is not very nice thr launch ramp nextdoor at windmill is good for boats
up 26 28 feet i launch my 23 no problem.
