Is it a legit company or some fly by night deal, if it's the latter take the money , if it's legit then maybe a share is worth it, but for how long and at what %, and how would it be paid? Will they be giving you more work?

Near as I can tell, it has to be easy work....
I have only heard rumours of these adult films... never seen any myself of course, but I have HEARD that the sets are minimal and usually consist of a poorly decorated (no pun intended) window that is in the middle of a corner with a bed in it. Half the time (allegedly) you can see the next set in the shot.
Easy work... half a wall, industrial carpet and a drape or two...

The only down side I can see is that you might become anesthetized to that sort of thing.

Here is basicly wahts going on a friend from school is a pro/director now who is trying to start up his own company. I am not really worried about him skrewing me... I can write a contract to stop that. its about a week maybe 10 days of work. basicly just framing and finishing 6 walls. ( 2 3 sided sets) the share he is offerind is 15% and 3/4ths what my labor cost is. I did some looking and his last 3 moives sold over 10k copies each. With one selling 19k( now to try to get all that spyware off my pc) He is putting all of his own money into this.
