I bought a 1962 Mini Cooper racer on a trailer that I'm trying to get moved from Costa Mesa, Ca. to Alabama, the trailer is 91" wide at the wheels, it's a 6'x12' trailer 189" total length, the shippers don't want to take the trailer, well one would but they wanted $2,300.00, I thought of a U-Haul truck but they want $4,000.00:yuk:
Driving it is out, it burns 100 octane leaded, has no charging or lighting system and is geared for rolling starts, and no registration,(would be fun through Ortega Pass) so it has to stay on the trailer, anybody have any ideas or know someone going east ?, It only weighs about 1,800 lbs. total, Manuel barje@bellsouth.net 256-442-4905
