Quick fix hickey removal/camouflage?

Suggestions? So far bandaid, make-up, scarf, AHA (? I thought that was an 80's band name? :confused: ) ... oh and no it's not for me (at present anyway but who knows when the info may come in handy :idea: ). This girl on another board has to face her eagle-eyed Mom ... tomorrow! :D I ought not to laugh cuz she's quite distressed ... I wished her luck and I AM asking HB'ers for ideas ... partly cuz I feel guilty for thinking it's funny! :D But I really do. I was tempted to tell her to do nothing and just wear it with a smile but somehow I don't think she'd see the humor in that suggestion! :D

The cosmetics counters have the stuff for black eyes,, works great for love bites too.

Tell her to go spend 20 minutes in one of those 10 min tanning beds. Then her whole face will be bright red, and the hikey will blend right in...or there is always the turtleneck.

According to her - nothing escapes her Mom's eye! She says it's at the front of her neck too. She claims she hates hickeys - I suspect she only hates the ones that are in plain sight! :D I feel so mean but I can't stop laughing ... for long! :D

Given the fact, that a hickey is broken blood vessels.....
you want to disperse the blood back into the skins layers.
Take a lipstick cap, place on skin and twist. This is a bit uncomfortable. Keep doing it over the entire hickey/area. The area will become red and irritated.
Let the area rest, and repest if needed!

Well did it work? I would suggest a Shop Vac. Apply it to other varrious areas around her body and turn on the vac. The suction will create more hickeys and then she can tell her mom that hte Vaccum went berzerk.

She posted. She'd heard about the spoon and about the lipstick cap thing before. She tried the spoon thing - didn't notice a change. She is scared to try the lipstick cap thing cuz she also thinks it might make it worse. I told her to give herself another one somewhere hidden and test it out! :D No idea if she will actually do it! I think unlikely cuz she says hickeys are gross and she's never having another one (LMFAO as I type) and she's royally pissed that she has one now! :D
