Alpine or Kenwood

I just wanted some input Im getting this unit for my truck and wanted to know which was better so for the stereo guys some input would be great thanks. Its either the KVT-717DVD or the AlpineIVA-D310 :cool:

I would go with the Alpine.
I have the original Kenwood (almost 6 yrs old now) but they have cheapend them up (as far as build goes) a lot in the last couple of years.
The Alpine wont have as many bells and whistles, but will be built better. And ultimately should last longer.

Yea the year and 3 months came to an end. So its back to reality. Yea now I have to bust my azz for 12 hour days 5 days a week to play lil myself. You still building the displays cause I remember reading there was some stuff going on and you were gonna cut out of there you still there..

If you are going to be running amps, be sure to get at least 4V RCA pre-outs for the amps. Also consider if you will need an AUX in for iPOD or XM. Alpine needs a $25 cable to get the AUX in.
