She saw a spider. She HATES spiders! I hate them too. Good work on arachnid eradication.
Police report:
The suspect was complying and about to be handcuffed by my partner when a spider of unknown species came scurrying at me near the suspects right elbow. He looked right at me with at least three of his eight eyes and reached with his 2nd right leg to the area between his thorax and abodomen...... I assessed the situation as a deadly threat and thats when I fired my weapon.....

They had just been involved in a shooting with the guy and she ad'd as she was covering her partner. I believe she was trying to holster her weapon when she ad'd and obviously had her finger still on the trigger and safety off. That's what I heard, at least.
