His feedback looks OK, but I think its a typo. $23,000. Call him up and do a face to face deal. Its close enough.

I did not look at the year, but some e-bayers are on crack so who knows? Anyway, I would never buy a big ticket item if it was not face to face or thru a real car dealer on e-bay. Tell him you will drive on down and be sure to run the carfax and look at all the vin locations on the car that you can find.

If that is the case, then the Carfax mileage would not likely match that VIN. I would google and see if I could find out where the hidden VINs are on that car. Maybe a LEO on here could PM the locations to you?
Call your insurance agent for a quote and give them the VIN and see what they come up with.

Worked for Mazda many years, all the removable body parts have VIN stickers. Thats how you tell if they've been hacked on.

At best it was a putogether from a salvage roller. be carefull as salvage titles can be washed without much effort. frankly it is best if you have an experienced auto theft detective examines such a vehicle. So many scams and not flooded cars from Texas, and New Orelans

The plot thickens :notam: Recieved this a bit ago
"I am ebay ID huzz69. I was at Fort Huachuca for one year in 2004 which is this auction's location. I have received an email from ebay stating change of email address to huzz699 is completed, which I did not change. This is not my auction and I can not answer any qiestions about this auction. Beware of identity theft!"
