found this collection online about some old crazy fiberglass boats the guy has one hell of a colletion. in one photo there is this women with a plaid suit with matching plaid skis thought it would be fun to share

That was really cool of you to take the time to share that with us. Some times we look at the stuff we have now and have no idea what it evoled(sp) from.

Not to date myself, but I remember seeing "like type" boats at Mohave when I was a young kid in 1960. My first ride was in a 15' Glaspar. In 63' my stepfather built a 15' 1/4" plywood flatbottom. Had a Merc 100. Wish I had that boat today. Funny thing is, I still have the all brass 2 blade props.

the first time i saw one of those t-top glastrons i thought that was the coolest boat on the water guess this sport has came a long way

I LOVE the old wood boats. So much history there, thanks for sharing! Can't wait to get the Woody done............
There is a guy at CFW that goes to the Fathers Day Bash every year and has one of these, its pretty cool
